Agreement (Client-Friendly Explanation)

Clients must sign a digital agreement confirming the following:

  • RM2.50 System Fee
  • Gateway Fees are separate
  • Domain rules: Core ❌, Flex ✔ if ≥1 module, Elite ✔ included
  • Trial rules: Core only, 14 days
  • 7-day grace period for overdue invoices (auto-freeze/restore)

We support payments through BayarCash (default) and BillPlz (optional). Subscriptions can be paid monthly or annually, depending on your preference. During the trial period, only a small transaction fee (RM2.50 per transaction) applies. For special billing needs or custom payment arrangements, our support team is here to help.

The Core Modules form the essential foundation for all travel agencies and are included in every plan. They cover the key functions you need to operate smoothly to Access & Security , Dashboard , Package Browsing & Booking, Online Payments (BayarCash) , Customer Self-Service , and Invoices . With these modules, every travel agency, whether big or small, has the right tools to efficiently manage bookings, payments, and customers.

Yes! With our Flex and Elite plans, you can add or remove optional modules anytime. Your monthly or annual subscription fee will automatically adjust based on your selection. For unique or custom requirements, our support team is always available to assist.

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for the Core Plan. During the trial, you'll have full access to all Core features, and only a RM2.50 per transaction system fee applies . Optional modules and advanced plans (Flex and Elite) are not included in the free trial, but you can upgrade or add them at any time.

Yes! Custom domains are available with the Elite Plan. For Core and Flex plans, your site will be hosted under a subdomain (e.g., youragency.cenitra.com). If you'd like to explore domain options or migrate later, simply contact our support team.
